Cape Henry Running Festival & Duathlon
Come celebrate the end of the 2008 race season at the Cape Henry Duathlon and Runfest. With a duathlon, 10 Miler and 5K, there is sure to be an event to meet your athletic pursuits.
Last year we had a very special guest appearance by Dave Scott, the first inductee to the Triathlon Hall of Fame. His participation was exciting and informative for those of you who were able to attend the workshop. This year we are in the process of recruiting another top athlete to participate in the race. Check the website regularly for additional information.
The Cape Henry Duathlon and RunFest is widely known locally, regionally and nationally as a well executed race because of the fine and experienced staff behind the scenes. This makes for an, almost, hassle free venue that is fun and energizing. We invite you to make your plans early to participate this fall. Registration fees will remain at 2007 levels to help offset the increasing transportation costs.
Each Duathlete will receive a long sleeve Technical Shirt. The first 500 athletes that register for RunFest will receive one. You must appear at packet pick-up to receive your shirt.
